Common questions
How do Little Lost Soles work?
Little Lost Soles are insoles designed with a secure pocket that holds an Apple AirTag (not included).
You simply insert an AirTag, pair it with your phone, and you’ll be able to locate your child’s location using Apple’s ‘Find My’ app.
Do the insoles come with an AirTag included?
No. AirTags are sold separately. This keeps the product affordable and allows you to use any existing AirTag you may already own.
Are they comfortable for kids?
Yes! Each insole is cushioned, breathable, and ergonomically designed to support the foot, so kids can wear them all day without noticing.
Will they fit my child’s shoes?
They are designed to fit most kids’ footwear. You may trim them to size using the printed cutting guide.
Is the AirTag secure?
The AirTag sits inside a snug pocket on the underside of the insole, securely under your child’s foot.
Do they require charging?
Our soles don’t, no :) and AirTags run on a standard replaceable battery that lasts up to a year.
Can I use these to track adults or elderly relatives?
We are looking at larger sizes as they will be particularly helpful for older relatives who may wander.
Will this work on Android?
AirTags require an iPhone + Find My app. (If your family uses Android, we’ll have solutions coming soon.)
How long does shipping take?
UK orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days.
What age is this suitable for?
Best suited to any child old enough to wear shoes independently. But too small to own their own phone or tracking watch.
